Currently offering services for repairs, change outs, punch out lists, rental repairs, make readies and smaller make over jobs. If you need something not listed, just ask. I complete as many services as I can in the time allotted.

Pictures of prior larger jobs are posted to demonstrate skill level and experience.

RATE is $60/hr for hrs 1 to 3 hrs Make a list and order a 4hr block and rate goes to $50hr The rate is for “time worked”, meaning an occasional short break or phone call is not going to cut into the time you pay for.

***Example of a recent 4 hr block; Installed a toilet, replaced an interior door slab and lockset, replaced one bath faucet and re-caulked kitchen counter, changed out 6 light bulbs and installed two door stops and a few misc. other thin total labor cost $200

MATERIALS are NOT included and are the customer’s responsibility to provide. Or I can pick up materials at supply store and we can discuss terms when you contact me

All jobs are different. If we encounter something unanticipated and I have to go get materials, the clock stops and a $20 service fee is applied to the bill, but you still receive the full time allotted upon my return, with the clock running again.

--Doors; Repair or replace doors. Change out locksets

--Drywall; repair holes and texture

--Wood working; Baseboards, fence repair and misc. wood working repairs, cabinet installs and repairs

--Shelving – Painting – Caulking - Picture hanging - Tile and tile repair - Flooring repair

--Small loads hauling - Rental repairs and make readies - General handyman repairs
