Trillium Drivers is seeking 5 CDL Class A drivers in Bradenton, FL for a peak season assignment starting ASAP and expected to continue through February 2027.
💰 PAY & SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday
Start times vary daily
Listed shift is approximately 3:00 AM–4:00 PM
Approximately 13-hour days
Pay for Performance (PFP)
$1,500 weekly minimum guarantee
Drivers receive the higher of their weekly PFP earnings or $1,500
The $1,500 guarantee is not added on top of PFP earnings
📦 JOB DUTIES
This is a physically demanding retail delivery position.
Drivers will deliver freight including:
✅ Clothing
✅ Small furniture
✅ Rugs
✅ Candles
✅ Packaged nonperishable foods
✅ Other retail merchandise
Drivers must be comfortable with:
Heavy freight handling
Pallet unloading
Hand unloading
Unloading freight to the tailgate
Manual pallet jacks
Liftgates
Scissor lifts
Dock deliveries
Taking delivery photos when required
Recording arrival and departure times in the delivery app
⚠️ REQUIREMENTS
✅ Valid CDL Class A
✅ Must be able to perform physically demanding unloading duties
✅ Must be comfortable handling heavy freight
✅ Automatic transmission restrictions are acceptable
✅ Trucks are not slip seated
✅ Must be dependable, safety-focused, and ready for early start times
📅 Peak season assignment expected through February 2027
