My only stipulation is that you have a job, and clean up after yourself especially in shared areas
Should work at least part-time, but I don't care so long rent is paid.
Must be okay with a dog, and no additional pets!
I do vet, which means I want to have a chat over phone and a meet and greet in a public setting before moving forward!
