Hello! We're Ember Holdings, a real estate investment firm based in CA
We're currently under contract to purchase an empty/vacant home in the Omaha, Nebraska 68104 area - we need a reliable local to help us gain access to the interior and snap some quick photos.
This is a straightforward, one-time task that should take about 15-30 minutes tops - $85 payment
- The house is completely vacant, so no worries about tenants or anything like that.
- You'll need to SAFELY ACCESS the interior AS IT IS LOCKED FRONT AND BACK (non-destructively, please—no damage to the property).
- Once inside, just take clear photos of each room and any notable features, then send them to us via text.
- Paid $85 upon completion and receipt of the photos.
We're looking for someone in construction, contracting, locksmith, or a handyman with basic tools to handle entry. If you're handy, local to the Omaha area, and available soon, this is an easy way to make some easy money. Repeat job opportunities for future properties.
If interested, reply with your name, availability, phone number. We'll get back to you ASAP. This gig is on a first come first serve basis.
