guitarist and upright bass player looking to form a small jazz combo. we're interested in mostly playing swing and jazz-blues. ultimate goal would be to have a standing gig at a venue like Havana Garage or play some small bars and restaurants. If we can make some money, great, but we're not doing this just for the money.
I'd like to add sax, trumpet or clarinet. maybe keys and drums. a vocalist would be a great addition as well. thinking a lot of Duke Ellington, four to the floor Freddie Green style of rhythm on the guitar.
