This role will support a small group of nearby properties, all within a tight radius, with predictable daily routes and consistent HVAC work.
BONUSES POTENTIAL: Up to $750 quarterly bonuses (based on site performance)
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (80hrs paid time off 1st year, paid holidays)
Some shared on-call responsibilities (bonuses and extra paid-time for emergencies)

What You'll Be Doing:
Repair, replace and pm HVAC systems
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
Snow removal (when applicable)
Housing inspection experience preferred (not required)
The Experience We Like To See:
HVAC repair
HVAC troubleshooting
EPA and HVAC certification
Basic electrical
Basic plumbing
Ability to assist with general maintenance when needed
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process.
This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening.
