POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking 15 reliable General Construction Laborers for a non-live site project in Olyphant, PA. Primary tasks include general facility cleaning and temporary fence installation. This is a temporary 1099 Independent Contractor role running from August 26th through September 8th. We offer flexible scheduling where you do not need to commit to the full two weeks, but you must commit to full daily shifts for any days you work. Forklift certification is not required.
WORK SCHEDULE & SHIFTS
Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Breaks: Two 15-minute paid breaks + one 60-minute unpaid lunch break
Shift Expectations: Flexible scheduling allows for partial-week availability, but full shifts are mandatory—no partial days or early departures allowed on days you are scheduled to work.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Full-Shift Commitment: When you report for a scheduled work day, you must stay and work the entire shift.
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): You must own and bring your own PPE to the site every day. A photo of your complete PPE setup must be submitted and approved prior to your start date:

High-Visibility / Neon Safety Vest
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Installing, setting up, and securing temporary perimeter fencing across the property.
Performing site cleanup, sweeping, trash removal, and general facility maintenance.
Staging fence panels, hardware, and construction materials safely throughout the site.
Following all job site safety guidelines and directives from the site supervisor.
Carrying out physical labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials, digging, bending, and standing for full shift hours.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
