This unit is coming from a recreation Dept for the us military . very nice used vacation rental - some minor repairs should be expected.
Was titled/sold new as a park model RV. however government entities are not required to obtain title or register -so being sold with " bill of sale " only .we are working on getting the title if we can obtain it from the manufacturer
