Position Summary:
The Construction Foreman is responsible for supervising daily field operations, coordinating labor crews, ensuring safety compliance, and assisting maintaining project schedules and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field crews
Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Ensure work is completed per project schedule and scope
Enforce safety regulations and OSHA compliance
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
Track labor, materials, and equipment usage
Maintain daily reports and site documentation
Identify and resolve field issues proactively
Minimum Requirements
3–5+ years of construction experience (commercial preferred)
1–2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
Strong knowledge of construction processes (concrete, piping, site work, etc.)
Ability to read blueprints and plans
OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
Valid driver’s license
Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fuel station or site development projects
Equipment operation experience
First Aid/CPR Certification
ICC Certification
