This is Hildegard. She had her first litter in May and did an excellent job.

She will be 2 in November so has lots of breeding life left.

We were told she is 3/4 Berkshire and 1/4 Hereford when we bought her as a weaner but I suspect there may be some Hampshire deep in her lineage.

She has a great personality and loves her treats and scratches.

She was just exposed to our mangalitsaXberkshire boar this week so could be pregnant again.

We are streamlining our breeding down to just a few sows and as much as we enjoy her she needs a new home.

If you choose to butcher, she is still young enough to be tasty.

I am posting pictures of a couple of her babies.
