Hotel Maintenance Assistant **

I am looking for someone to perform preventive maintenance and cleaning on approximately **40–50 PTAC hotel units**.
Prior HVAC experience is helpful, but not required. I am open to someone mechanically inclined, comfortable with tools, and willing to learn the process.
### Scope of Work
- Remove and access PTAC unit as needed
- Clean filters, coils, blower/fan area, drain pan, and accessible debris
- Clear drain openings and apply condensate treatment tablet
- Straighten bent fins where practical
- Inspect sleeve, drainage, wiring, controls, and visible condition
- Reinstall unit and test heating, cooling, and fan operation
- Flag any units needing repair or replacement
### Compensation
**$15 per completed unit**
Approximately **40–50 units**
### Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable with basic tools and hands-on mechanical work
- Reliable, careful, and able to follow a repeatable process
- Willing to learn
- Able to work independently
- Takes pride in doing a thorough job and identifying problems
Mechanical aptitude, maintenance experience, HVAC familiarity, or experience working on appliances/equipment is a plus. Training on the specific PTAC cleaning procedure can be provided.
**For the right person, this project may lead to regular part-time property maintenance work at the hotel.**
