our Old Bethpage team. In this role, you will serve as the primary voice of our company,
managing inbound inquiries and conducting outbound calls to assist customers with scheduling,
payments, and routine maintenance. You will work alongside a collaborative office team ready to
assist with complex issues whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle inbound customer calls with a warm, professional, and positive demeanor.
● Perform outbound calls to existing customers for routine maintenance reminders and
appointment scheduling.
● Confirm upcoming service appointments and verify customer contact/account information.
● Accurately process customer payments over the phone.
● De-escalate and resolve basic customer concerns independently, routing complex issues
to management or dispatch when necessary.
● Perform occasional light administrative duties, such as filing or preparing water test kits for
mailing.
Qualifications
● Phone Presence: Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
● Industry Experience: Prior experience in a home-services office (plumbing, HVAC, water
treatment, etc.) is preferred, but not required.
● Software Knowledge: Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software is a strong
plus, though full internal training on our systems will be provided.
● Reliability: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent punctuality for
our on-site Monday–Friday schedule.
