Set includes two handles, four locking screws, 24 each of the 5lb plates, and 4 each of the 2.5lb plates. Handles weigh 5lbs empty, each locking screw weighs 2.5lbs, for a starting weight of 10lbs per dumbbell before plates. Up to 65lbs of plates can be loaded per handle
