Mechanic, Auto and small engine services. Mobile, I come to you for service and never need to take your vehicle nor small engine. Same day turn around on 90% of small engines and at least 80% on automobiles. All revolves around the issue itself and availability of parts .
Normal phone calls to discuss and arrange times and dates takes on average 2-5 minutes. (Texting is annoying and takes far too much time)
Avl Mon-Fri, weekends are reserved for small jobs (Small engine, brakes, that kinda thing.
Two jobs a day through the week max, to insure no rushing about as well as maintaining the highest level of quality within work performance and interaction. Quality over quantity.
ABSOLUTELY NO USED PARTS INSTALLED unless agreed upon beforehand. It is rare I do so but every now and then, I will depending upon costs of said parts. NO ORDER ONLINE PARTS. Many will try to cut corners by ordering online, many are disappointed when those parts fail. I extend the EXACT price of parts to clients through my commercial professional accounts. You will never hand me a dime for parts (All that can be purchased over the phone and made ready to pick up). You will never have to sit in a waiting room, be upsold by professional mouth pieces trained to increase sales revenue nor wait weeks to have a task completed.
In the event your job clocks for 8+ hours, or requires a wait for parts after disassembly, 1/2 labor will be requested as 1/2 the job has been performed. This prevents trust issues on my side toward you the client.
