In search of able- bodied temporary help (weekly basis), capable of performing both skilled and unskilled projects at my 2-1/2 acre place which is located appox. 6mi. SE of Odessa,TX.
Unskilled projects such as;
moving/reorganizing shop items all weighing less than100lbs. (dollies and carts available).
Changing A/C and air purification filters
Groundskeeping/yard work: including operation of zero-turn riding mower, and push-type string mower.
Possible operation of 40HP tractor with forklift and brush mower implements. (as experience permits)
Removal (haul to dumpster) any excess debris on location.
Monthly operational/functional test of back-up power generators.
(All materials and equipment available on-site).
Skilled projects requiring the use of hand tools and power tools such as:
Installation/replacement of small amount of wood trim.
Installation of new cell phone signal amplifier and antenna.
Mounting of handicapped grab bars.
Assembly of household items/devices.
Caulk patching and touch-up painting.
Picture hanging and battery operated smoke/gas detector installs.
