HVAC certification (EPA II or Universal) PREFERRED.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• HVAC repair & installation • Painting, carpentry, flooring
• Electrical maintenance • Pool maintenance (CPO can be completed after hire)
• Landscaping & groundskeeping • General repairs (locks, windows, appliances)
• On-call availability for emergencies • Plumbing maintenance
REQUIREMENTS:
• HVAC Certification • Must live on property (Negotiable)
• Basic hand tools • Driver’s license, insurance, vehicle
• Ability to lift 25–100 lbs • Smartphone
• Clean driving record • Background check & drug test
