Lady's be aware of this guy,he goes by bill and he manipulates Women into thinking he's going to help them, when you move in with him his place is infested with roaches and he has you sleep in his living room the town home is dirty and he had other roommates and will tell you,you can only shower once a week and not let you use anything and will restrict you're usage on water,food and electricity. He will expect you to perform sexuall favors, not at first but within days of moving in. He is a dirty, lonely perverted, creepy old man that takes advantage of women that are needing a place to stay.
