Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operator 1 to support manufacturing operations by assembling electrical connectors and components according to established work instructions and quality standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, standing for extended periods, handling materials up to 35 lbs., and maintaining consistent production and quality.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble electrical connectors and components according to job instructions and established procedures.
Read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions.
Select and properly use the required tooling, components, and materials for each job.
Inspect completed work and identify acceptable versus sub-standard or rejected connectors.
Maintain consistent production levels while meeting established production standards and time requirements.
Complete required paperwork and accurately enter production information into the manufacturing execution system (MES).
Maintain concentration and attention to detail throughout the work shift.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly care for tools and equipment.
Perform tasks necessary to maintain continuous production flow.
Adapt to process changes and learn new products, procedures, and skills.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and team members.
Work independently with minimal supervision when required.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout a typical shift.
Ability to regularly lift and carry materials weighing up to 35 lbs.
Ability to perform repetitive hand and assembly motions.
Ability to maintain attention to detail while performing repetitive production tasks.
Qualifications
Manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

MACHINE OPERATOR 1
Job Title: Machine Operator 1

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator 1 to operate manufacturing equipment and support production while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. This position is responsible for inspecting machined products, following blueprints and work instructions, maintaining accurate production records, performing basic machine and tool maintenance, and maintaining consistent production levels.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate assigned production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
Perform quality control inspections of machined products to ensure they meet specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, written instructions, and verbal instructions.
Properly identify parts, materials, tooling, and components being processed.
Select, use, and maintain appropriate tools and measuring instruments.
Accurately monitor and record piece counts and production information as required.
Complete required paperwork and perform data entry into the MES system.
Perform routine daily and preventive maintenance on machines and tools as required.
Document maintenance activities using the Operator Maintenance Schedule (OMS).
Monitor material and supply levels and report low stock to the supervisor.
Maintain clean and organized work areas and properly care for tools and equipment.
