Xtreme Monkey pull-up bar in very good condition. No dings are significant scratches on the bar. Bar is a ceiling mount, and is installed with two lags on each side that screw into a joist. Many possible grips to be had on this bar, making it perfect for someone who likes variety in their pull-ups. Grip thickness is 1 1/4", like an Olympic bar. Handle texture is a smooth powder coat that loads chalk nicely. It has a good balance between being nicely smooth but not slippery.
