This spectacular, one-of-a-kind handcrafted lighthouse is built to seamlessly transition between rugged outdoor durability and refined indoor elegance.

Exceptional Materials & Craftsmanship:
Core Structure: Built on a foundation of Wolmanized pressure-treated wood framing and securely wrapped with weather-resistant Zip System sheathing.

Exterior Finish: Clad in beautiful, custom-milled Cypress siding and accented with rich Brazilian Walnut trim.
Premium Hardware: Adorned with solid brass accents, including a decorative anchor and heavy-duty railing chains.
Fasteners: Completely assembled using coated stainless steel deck screws and solid brass washers to ensure long-lasting, rust-free structural integrity.
Functional Design & Maintenance: The intelligent design allows the structure to be easily disassembled down to the siding. This ensures hassle-free access for routine maintenance or future electrical installations.
Lighting Options (Please Read Carefully):
This price is for the lighthouse structure only and does not include lighting. (All small windows are set up for individual LED lights which are included but not installed at auction price) there are options to what type of light can be installed that's why it is not included.
There is close to $1,200 in materials involved to fabricating this and 3 weeks design and and fabrication.
Item location is Loris SC and can be delivered curbside for no additional cost. (Depending on location) apon payment.
Optional Upgrade: A custom lighting installation of your choice is available after purchase for an additional $500.
