Room for male or female looking for someone that really needs help. So we can help each other out rent would be half of what I pay I am not trying to get rich on anyone so all bills are split. And due in beginning of the month so we have 30 for wifi $575 ground rent and about 200 for electricity. So about 550 a month give or take for a room washer dryer and CLEAN in a good neighborhood. Everything is close by Walmart dollar tree publix even a couple of flea markets i do have a small dog but once she gets to know you I promise she won't bite, lover not a fighter the dog lol there is a vehicle here and if you drive that's even better looking for a roommate but possible a new friend that we can build.
