We are looking for a reliable, motivated CDL Class A Dedicated Company Driver to join our growing operation as we add a second truck to our fleet. Drive a clean, modern truck on a consistent regional OTR route with predictable lanes and reliable home time.
## 💰 Compensation & Perks
* Pay: Starting at 25% of the gross load
* Equipment: 2022 Peterbilt 579 (Clean, well-maintained, comfortable sleeper)
* Route: Dedicated OTR lanes (FL ↔ TX ↔ SC ↔ FL)
* Independence: Work with a small fleet without micromanagement
## 🏡 Home Time Schedule
* Time on the Road: Out for 7 to 10 days at a time, followed by quality home time.
## 📋 Position Details
* Position Type: Full-Time OTR Dedicated Company Driver
* Home Base / Truck Location: Florida
* Experience: 1 year of CDL Class A experience required (Drivers with exactly 1 year will be considered!)
## ✅ Requirements
* Valid Class A CDL
* Good driving record (Clean MVR / Background)
* Minimum 1 year of CDL experience
* Dependable, safety-minded, and a professional attitude
* Must be able to pass all applicable DOT requirements (Drug screen, medical card)
* Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
