I would like to try a roommate on a temporary basis. You must know I will be picky, will need a responsible person to share my space as would my manager because your name needs to go on my lease. I’d only commit to temporarily because if not good, you’d have to find something else. Can you keep it kind, respectful, honest, and kind????? That’s a huge question 💁♀️ Female is probably best cause it’s a shared bathroom. If good, maybe we could invest in something better…no interest in anything but roommates and possibly great friends. No pets here but would love one or two in the future. Let’s see if we have enough in common 🙋♀️
I should add , I am retired with part time work. I love flowers and gardening. Still pretty healthy, a want.a.be hippy, and unfortunately always a late bloomer 😆 And you need to be at least 60 years old👍 I’m in no rush to make a decision….this requires time🤔( plus half the electric)
