Features covered parking, huge walk in closet, full size bathroom, 3/4 kitchen, fully furnished (from towels to the silverware) new mattress, 43" mounted TV, cable with almost all premium channels, Netflix, Peacocck, high speed internet, water, garbage, electric (up to $250 which it's never exceeded with day to day usage), laundry service, light house cleaning, lawn care, all included.
I'd describe it as 3/4 rental, 1/4 share as we'd share a screened in back porch and large fenced backyard.
No overnight guests or anyone not authorized to be on property.
If you're out on the town every night...this isn't the place for you.
If you have a crazy ex, this place is not for you.
Basically? No drama period.
Must LOVE dogs as I have one elderly German Shepherd/Poodle (weird combination I realize but he's amazing) and also a 4 year old Sheepadoodle whos a trip but very sweet. You will encounter them from time to time.
Trustworthy, Clean. Kind. Etc...
NO drugs! NO drunks! And I repeat...NO drama!
Absolutely no smoking or vaping.
4/20 friendly but no smoking of any kind in this space.
Must pass a background check.
First month and 1 month security deposit.
Late payments are a huge no no!
