If you have logs or trees already down that you want split for firewood, look no further. I charge $45 an hour, 0 transportation costs if you’re within 25 miles of Oakland and 0 for chainsaw fuel. I have a hydraulic splitter and chainsaw that can knock out logs, less then 24 inches in diameter, quickly and without a rig tearing up your yard. . I can chop your logs down to quarters or halfs, stack them and clean up. Again this is for downed logs, less then 24 inches in diameter only, I don’t cut trees down .. The bigger companies will charge you 150 an hour even if it’s light work.. The winter will be here soon and with oil/ electric costs higher then ever, convert that natural heat source into useable free energy.
