New 2024 Yoder manufactured smoker and catering trailer has only been used for a single brisket smoke. This setup features a Yoder pellet smoker with wifi/bluetooth connection and a removable front shelf. It includes a 30’x 16’ Le Griddle French Cooking stainless steel propane griddle with a cover and a 4-burner stainless steel Crown Verity 30’ propane grill. The trailer has two Cambro removable food insulated warmer/coolers with five serving trays and a two-burner Camp Chef explorer 14’ burner. A 64’x25’ sliding cutting board provides a prep area. The 64’x 25’ and 22’ deep storage box houses two 5-gallon propane tanks. All propane appliances are plumbed from the included tanks with individual shutoffs. The trailer is finished in metallic gray paint with custom rims and a matching full-size spare. It is equipped with a 2’ ball, wheeled manual crank lift, storage stand, trailer lights, and a truck plug. Located in Oakdale, CA.
