About the Role
As a Project Manager or Project Engineer at Big Valley Electric, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing our construction projects. We seek a detail-oriented individual who excels in organization and demonstrates strong leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate and communicate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and change orders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Facilitate on-site problem-solving and ensure efficient project delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing construction projects or assisting with project tasks.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
What We Offer
• Base Salary $75,000-$110,000
