Job Summary:
We are seeking a hard-working and dependable General Construction Helper to assist our experienced crews on various residential and commercial project sites. If you are eager to work hard, learn the building trades, and show up on time every day, we will train you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, remodeling, demolition, and general site prep.
Load, unload, and safely move heavy building materials, lumber, and tools around the job site.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment by sweeping, handling debris, and staging materials.
Safely operate basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, grinders, etc.) under supervision.
Assist with loading company trucks at the start of the day and packing up tools at the end of the shift.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in general labor, landscaping, demolition, roofing, or warehouse work is preferred, but a strong work ethic is our top priority.
Comfortable doing strenuous physical labor, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50–70 lbs regularly.
Ability to follow safety instructions and work well as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (strongly preferred for running material errands).
Reliable transportation to arrive on time every morning.
