I have owned this bike about 22 years, it's a late 70's early 80's lugged steel Japanese frame (Takara). Since I have owned it, I have had the bottom bracket replaced, put a new crank on, new brakes (long reach Tektros), new wheels set (700c flip/flop rear hub with fixed and freewheel cogs), new pedals, chain, seat post, seat, and newer Thickslick tires. Topeak rear rack comes with the interlocking basket that I could throw in. So, just about everything except for the fork and bars has been replaced. Standover heigh of this frame is 30.5 inches.
