We are looking for a lead landscaper that enjoys working outside, is dependable, highly motivated and can take on a leadership role. We are a local tree and landscaping business that is family owned and operated that is looking to expand our team.
Ideal qualifications include:
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to operate various equipment operation (mini skid steer, mower, excavator, compact equipment)
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well with a team
• Valid driver license is REQUIRED must have or be able to IMMEDIATELY obtain valid driving license.
• Previous landscaping or leadership experience also a bonus
Job Responsibilities
• Landscape installation and landscape maintenance
• Planting trees, shrubs, and plants
• Mulching, edging, and preparing landscape beds
• Routine lawn care and property clean-ups
• Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Assisting with landscape construction projects
• Maintaining clean and organized job site
• Designing and constructing decks and fences
