Hisun 550 Delphi just quit running. It’s got fuel, spark and compression. I’ve checked everything I know (which isn’t a lot) to check and can’t figure it out. It’s got less than 1000 miles on it and has a winch. Best reasonable offer gets it. Needs tires too.
