The Oil Change Place is seeking a dependable, energetic, and results-driven Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, deliver exceptional customer service, and help grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Training: Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees to build a strong, reliable team.
Daily Operations: Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, employee scheduling, and maintaining an efficient workflow.
Team Leadership: Supervise employees, monitor performance, enforce company policies, and maintain accountability.
Customer Service: Ensure every customer receives friendly, professional, and exceptional service. Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Business Growth: Take an active role in increasing car counts, building customer loyalty, improving sales, and driving overall store performance.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards for service, safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in automotive service, quick lube, or a similar fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate employees and hold team members accountable.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to growing the business.
Dependable, proactive, and willing to lead by example.
