■ Nursery Support Staff Position at a Licensed Nursery School
We are currently recruiting Nursery Support Staff for our nursery school in Yokohama City.
★ What is a Nursery Support Staff member?
A Nursery Support Staff member provides additional care and support to children who require extra assistance.
We welcome applicants who have experience working at a nursery school, those who are interested in childcare, and those who are currently studying childcare or planning to obtain a national childcare qualification in the future.
★ Application Requirements
・Must currently reside in Japan
・Must have a status of residence (visa) that allows unrestricted employment
Examples: Permanent Resident, Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services, etc.
・Must be able to work for a long period of time
★ Employment Conditions
◆ Working Hours
Shift work between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
・8 hours of actual working time
・1-hour break
・9 hours in total including the break
◆ During the Probationary Period (6 months)
Monthly salary: ¥228,571 (gross)
・Includes fixed overtime pay equivalent to 5 hours of overtime.
◆ After Completion of the Probationary Period (Permanent Employee)
Monthly salary: ¥255,000 (gross)
・Includes fixed overtime pay equivalent to 5 hours of overtime.
・This amount includes a ¥15,000 housing allowance, available to employees who submit the required documents in accordance with company regulations.
・The above amount is gross salary before taxes, social insurance premiums, and other deductions. It is not the take-home salary.
