Has a $1,650.00 price at several big box stores that sell them. Mine has an asking price of $650.00 less than that! I just now listed it so depending on how many people show interest determines if I get my asking price or accept a lower offer. Doesn't have an hour meter but seems to be unused other than me trying it out . Has a recoil starter. Model # 21219. Is self propelled by a novel cable actuated rear wheel drive through a gear box. Has a yoke on the push handle that controls it and matches your own pace. https://www.toro.com/en/product/21220?srsltid=AU7gw4VNt6oNKcO3jsQTxY6MO8vgIaN41mrqFXYmZr0dDrZ88kHuwovO
