We're a specialty bagel brand making our own espresso and coffee drinks along with our own syrups, cold foams, and infusions from scratch. Looking for an experienced barista who can dial in espresso, run multiple brew methods, and taste when something's off.
You'll:
Pull consistent espresso and steam milk to a high standard, with clean latte art
Dial in grind/dose/extraction daily and troubleshoot the machine and grinder
Run pour-over, batch, and cold brew
Make and refine our house syrups and cold foams
Train other baristas and keep the bar spotless
You have:
3+ years specialty coffee experience
Real espresso know-how — you can diagnose and fix a bad shot
A trained palate and comfort developing recipes
Full-time, Tuesday through Sunday with mondays weekend availability
