Now Hiring Building Janitor/Cleaner!!! (Northbrook, IL)
compensation:
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr. Biweekly Pay.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
-Clean and maintain common areas throughout the building, including:
*Atrium and lobby
*Leasing office
*Media room and computer room
*Golf simulator room
*Conference room
*Fitness room
*Coffee bar and community room
*Elevators and elevator lobbies
*Stairwells and restrooms
-Clean and maintain two outdoor areas, including a pool area and putting green.
-Collect trash from trash closets on each floor.
-Collect and dispose of trash from the parking garage.
-Clean and maintain the dog park area.
-Follow all instructions regarding the proper and safe use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
-Perform other cleaning and general maintenance duties as assigned.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Hourly Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour
Biweekly Pay
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have two valid forms of ID.
-Previous commercial and/or residential cleaning experience preferred.
-Must be dependable and able to maintain good attendance.
-Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
-Must be available to start as soon as possible.
-Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are required for effective communication with other staff members and residents.
