Hello!
My name is Shauny and I have been a professional math teacher for more than 20 years. I have taught all high school math classes including Precalculus 12 and Calculus 12 and I have taught enriched math classes for over achievers. I have taught the international baccalaureate program and I have worked as a teacher and program designer at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. I have my Masters in Secondary math Education from Simon Fraser University and I also tutor university level math classes.
I have taught in the district of North Vancouver as well as in the Sea to Sky corridor at Howe Sound Secondary. I currently Teach at a school specifically designed for kids with learning differences and I absolutely love what I do.
I have always tutored math throughout my career and I have helped thousands of students achieve their goals in mathematics. In my 25 year career, I have never encountered an enthusiastic student that I have not been able to help learn mathematics.
I charge $60 per hour and I am available on Zoom.
