We are located on the second floor. You are the only office on the floor. You will have your own washroom in the unit. We also have a washer and dryer in the office as well and a microwave. We could supply a desk and nice office chair.
We can lease the whole office to you or if you want to reduce your cost we can share the space as we are currently just using it to store our supplies as we are a cleaning company. My staff are in and out but do not stay and work there at all. We are ok with either arrangement. We would move all our stuff out if you wish to have the place to yourselves.
