Looking for experienced car electrical for rear driver's door window/l (north van)

Hoping there's someone who's had experience with VW Jettas, that could pinpoint and fix the problem with rear driver's door where window not going down and door not locking. Despite knowing that the window regulator and motor is working and ok.
