What You'll Do
You'll be a key part of our job sites ā framing, finishing, and everything in between. Whether it's new construction or a renovation, you'll bring the craftsmanship that makes the difference. Specific responsibilities include:
Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial and residential projects
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs on new construction projects
Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and other finish elements
Perform punch list and finish-out work to close out projects to spec
Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials accurately
Operate hand and power tools safely and proficiently
Collaborate with other trades to keep the project on schedule
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE
What We're Looking For
Hands-on carpentry experience in framing, finish work, or both
Ability to read blueprints and work from project specifications
Proficient with hand and power tools of the trade
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required
Must be able to pass a background check
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet outdoors all day
Comfortable working in heat, cold, dust, and noise
Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
