our new beautiful sun deck, the ocean and beach. 2 elevators and ramp to access the beach and NO stairs needed. Bring a beach wagon and wheel your beach stuff down the ramp to the beach & wheel everything into our storage locker. A Outdoor Pool, Kiddie pool & Indoor pool and 8 person jacuzzi in a (offseason heated) oceanside pool room are great plus. Guest storage for your beach chairs, etc. offered at no charge another great feature. 2 parking lots. 3 miles to 2 different Walmart locations and less than 1 to Food Lion. Also only 1 mile to Barefoot Landing to shopping and dining, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues and much much more. No smoking permitted in the condo -permitted on balcony. No guest pets permitted.
