We are hiring experienced Amazon Relay Class A CDL drivers to join our growing fleet.
🚛 CLASS A CDL DRIVER – AMAZON RELAY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
🎯 $500 PERFORMANCE-BASED SIGN-ON BONUS
We are looking for experienced, dependable Class A CDL drivers who already know how to operate within the Amazon Relay network.
✅ DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL with 3+ years of verifiable driving experience
- Previous hands-on Amazon Relay experience — MANDATORY
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Current DOT medical card
- Must pass required drug screening
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS)
- Experience using the Amazon Relay app
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to operate independently
- No SAP drivers at this time
🎯 $500 SIGN-ON BONUS — PERFORMANCE-BASED
Drivers may qualify for a $500 sign-on bonus after completing 90 qualifying running days.
To qualify, drivers must meet the following standards:
✅ Reliability: Maintain at least 98% on-time performance on applicable assignments.
✅ Safety: No preventable accidents or serious safety violations during the qualification period.
✅ Compliance: Follow DOT/HOS regulations and Amazon Relay operating requirements.
✅ Communication: Promptly report delays, equipment problems, and operational issues.
✅ Equipment Care: Complete required inspections and properly maintain and protect assigned equipment.
✅ Professionalism: Maintain professional conduct and comply with company operating policies.
Important Bonus Conditions:
- A qualifying running day is a day on which the driver performs an assigned trip, verified through company dispatch records.
- Days without an actual driving assignment do not count toward the 90-day requirement.
- Drivers must remain actively engaged with CT through the qualification period.
- Bonus eligibility is determined through a documented performance review after 90 qualifying running days.
- Approved bonuses are paid with the next regular settlement following the review.
- The bonus is separate from regular driver compensation and is not guaranteed solely by completing 90 running days.
