We need someone who understands restaurant operations, hospitality and accountability — someone who can keep the team organized, maintain standards and solve problems when they arise.
Responsibilities include:
- Helping manage front of house operations
- Directing and supporting staff during shifts
- Maintaining hospitality, cleanliness and service standards
- Handling guest issues professionally
- Keeping the restaurant organized during busy periods
- Working alongside the team when needed
Gas Burgers is fun and high energy, but we are also highly regimented and detail oriented. We’re looking for leaders who take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Restaurant leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
