Monark Silver King "Wingbar" bicycle, circa 1938, sold under the Montgomery Ward Hawthorne badge as a "Silver Streak". Partially restored, probably referred to today as a "restomod". Mostly original except for the rims, which are chromed Araya aluminum alloy; the original rims were damaged beyond recovery. Coaster brake is the original New Departure with new internals. Tires are NOS Carlisle blackwalls made in USA. I have the original seat and seat post and many extra brake parts, bearings, etc. I also have Wald fenders that will fit this bike; the original fenders and chainguard were long gone when I got the bike. I don't have the original pedals, which were unusable. This is a project bike requiring work to complete. Local sale and pickup only, no trades, no shipping, thank you.
