Start in the shop. Grow into the trade.
This is the front door into RB Plumbing — not a dead-end labor job. You start delivering materials and working the yard. People who show up, learn the stock, and want the trade have a real path toward apprentice and plumber work inside this company. Plumbing license is not required to start.
The work (day one):
• Load, unload, and deliver pipe, fittings, water heaters, and equipment to jobs and back to the shop
• Stage trucks and keep the shop and yard in order
• Receive, organize, and pull materials
• Drive a company vehicle on local Thumb-area routes
• Punch time in ServiceFusion and take a 30-minute lunch
Where it can go
You will work next to licensed plumbers and shop leads every day. Learn the materials, the jobs, and how this shop runs. As you prove reliable, we look first inside the company when apprentice and service-plumber seats open. That is how we would rather build plumbers — from people who already know RB.
Schedule:
Full-time. 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Report to 6542 Lake Pleasant Rd. No nights. No weekends. No on-call on this role.

Pay and title move with the job as you advance — they are not frozen at the labor rate.
What you need
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Able to lift, load, and work on your feet all day
• On time, coachable, and willing to learn the trade
• Pass a background check
