Do you love the smell of fresh-baked bread? Are you dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn a hands-on trade? Pane d’Amore Bakery is looking for a motivated team player to join our bread production team!
No experience necessary — we are willing to train the right person! Previous baking or kitchen experience is a plus, but a great attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic are what matter most.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time position
Four 10-hour shifts per week (4/10 schedule) Weekends Off!
Wage DOE (depending on experience)
What You'll Do
Assist with preparing, mixing, shaping, and baking artisan breads.
Follow recipes and production procedures to maintain consistent quality.
Learn proper handling of ingredients, dough, and bakery equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with the bread production team to meet daily production goals.
What We're Looking For
A dependable, punctual, and hardworking team player.
Someone who is eager to learn and open to feedback.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Attention to detail and pride in producing quality products.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and handle bakery ingredients and equipment as needed.
Previous baking, food service, or kitchen experience is helpful but not required.
