The jangly sound you hear in many of the greatist hits of Tom Petty and the Hearbreakers, the Beatles, and virtually all the compositions of the Byrds, the Ricky 12 String holds its place as one of the most incredible electric guitars in the history of Rock & Roll. This 2006 model has all the bolls and whistles, including Rick- O - Sound stereo, the iconic "Toaster Top" humbucker pickups, the famous "R" bridge, Schaller tuners, gorgeous Cherry Sunburst Fireglo lacquer on the maple body, neck and rosewood fingerboard with the shark fin abalone fret markers. This one sports a custom, professionally crafted through rout on the headstock to make the very difficult task of changing strings on the "Ricky 12" a breeze. Includes original hard shell case, strap, and strap-lock system. I would describe the condition as "like new" except for the fact that there is a barely perceptible tiny ding on the top of the headstock that you can maybe see in the next to the last photo.
