We're looking for somebody who can appreciate and maintain it with. At the moment, we're looking for ONE roommate.

• Strictly 3-person household

Rent: 650k/month + utilities (internet, electricity, water, seasonal heating/A/C, etc.)
Deposit: 1 million (1,000,000) won

• Queen-size bed

• Air purifier & air circulator
• Bedside shelves on wheel + clip-on bedside lights
+ Your own bathroom (toilet, shower, washer, shelving units)
***900k/month for SHORT-TERM (3 months and under)
Move-in date: August 1, 2026 and onward.

• One block behind Gyeongnidan-gil (경리단길).
• Close to cool, famous places and niche gems, but also quiet
• Practically on Gyeongnidan, very close to HBC and Itaewon (walking distance)
• CU right downstairs (and GS 24 a block away)
• Emart Everyday within 4-minute walk
• Lots of good cafés, restaurants, bars, stores, and other miscellaneous establishments nearby
• Nice, safe, international neighbourhood
• You’ll enjoy living here, especially if you’re into international surroundings and big dogs walking their owners

Subway: Noksapyeong/녹사평 (line 6)
Buses: 402, 405, 143, 401, 406, & Yongsan 03 — they take you to Hannam, Sinsa, Gangnam, Express Bus Terminal, city centre, multiple shopping districts & complexes, etc.
[Features & Pros of the House]
• Nice and spacious, well-maintained (30 pyeong)
• Communal areas are fully furnished, well-equipped, and well-lit
• Often becomes 2-person household rather than 3 at the same cost (My partner flies in and out)
• Domestic helper every other weekend (We can include your room if you'd like)
• A spare room for books and random stuff
• “Scary room” where you can store other random, shared household stuff
• Plants & lamps
• (Basic stuff, but) Water, stoves, electricity, and the internet run well
• (Also basic stuff) Heating & A/C work very well (Heating months can be expensive)
• Drinking water gets delivered every Thursday
• Chill, helpful landlord whom you can trust with maintenance and repair as soon as needed
• Parking available for one small car, a motorcycle, and bicycles
• Your space can go beyond your bedroom and bathroom, while paying for your bedroom only
[Cons]
• Your room doesn’t get a tonne of direct sunlight (not dim either — refer to photos)
• A/C bills are okay, but heating bills can be pretty expensive
• Parking can get competitive (motorcycles/bicycles are fine)
• We aren't perfectionists about tidiness, but we WILL set a higher standard and maintain it once you move in (+ we have a bi-weekly domestic helper)

Me: soon 35-year-old female, Korean, commercial photographer, spent most of my 20s in Australia (degrees & work), fluent in both Korean and English
My partner (Dominique): 40-year-old male, Korean, architect, lived in France for half his life, fluent in both Korean and French
We are ordinary, chill people who get along with most people. We both lean towards being reserved but friendly.
Neither of us is a 9-to-5'er. Sometimes I work from home, but I prefer being at the site or working elsewhere.
We aren't party people, nor would we like one in the house. We could have a small gathering, but rarely.
For universal/traditional festivities (Seollal, Chuseok, etc.), we'd invite you to share a festive meal and chat if you'd like, but we'd leave you alone if that isn't your jam. We respect your space and privacy.
