6 year old ottb mare, jockey club registered, won 37k something on the track, descendent of Secretariat. Star Finality, aka Jitterbug... it fits very well. That being said she's quite skidish sometimes, especially when on her own. Will need a buddy horse that she will be worked along with ( she dose ride out on her own but gets "jittery" when to far from her pals ) Good for intermediate or an experienced ridder, preferably someone familiar with horses off the track.
Just got her this winter and am now heading away to school and can't justify having her sit. She loves to work!
Currently she has canine teeth coming in and should probably have it checked. The dog-bone bit bugged her but when in a snaffle she does fine. She'll load into a trailer as long as another horse is in front... not so well by herself. Currently barefoot, tender on gravel but just fine in the arena or pasture.
Could be a broodmare?
