Qualifications & Requirements:
1. No prior experience in the field required, training is provided for qualified applicants.
2. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive company vehicle.
3. Able to work on feet for 10 hours, able to bend, twist, and lift 100 lbs. regularly throughout shift.
4. Have and use a smart phone
Responsibilities:
1. Drive & Maintain Company Van.
2. Perform window cleaning and paint removal as trained & directed.
3. Moving and carrying furniture, equipment and trash in weight limits of up to 100 lbs.
4. Work on ladders and in confined spaces.
5. Changing lights.
6. Small equipment maintenance and repair.
7. Vacuum & shampoo carpet while maintain awareness of surrounding area
Work Environment:
1. Work is indoor and outdoor.
Schedule:
1. Day or Night Shift
2. Monday to Friday
3. Willing to work weekends
